Problem Statement:

In public welfare programs (healthcare camps, school infrastructure, rural development projects, agricultural schemes), government agencies and implementing partners submit images as proof of execution. However, ensuring these images are authentic, unique, and compliant with program guidelines is a major challenge. Traditional manual verification is error-prone, slow, and cannot scale across thousands of concurrent welfare programs.

Objectives:


1. AI-based Program Verification

Use computer vision models to detect required program elements (medical equipment, school facilities, agricultural tools, infrastructure components)

Validate proper placement, accessibility, and compliance with government specifications

Verify beneficiary presence and program implementation quality


2. Image Authenticity & Fraud Detection

Apply AI/ML techniques to detect duplicate or recycled submissions across different programs
