IoTopia 2025 – 24-Hour Hackathon Timeline

Registration & ID Verification

Participants check in, verify their IDs, collect badges, kits, and settle into the venue. This ensures smooth entry and proper team allocations.

9:00 – 9:30 AM

Inauguration Ceremony

The official opening with a welcome note, keynote address by dignitaries, and an overview of the hackathon theme, rules, and expectations.

9:30 AM

Hackathon Kick-off

The hackathon officially begins! Teams brainstorm, plan, and start coding their innovative solutions.

10:30 AM

Mentoring Session 1

Industry experts and mentors interact with teams, guiding them on idea refinement, technical feasibility, and project direction.

11:30 AM

Lunch (served in 2 batches)

Participants refuel with a proper meal. Two batches ensure smooth dining without crowding

2:30 PM

Mentoring Session 2 (Basic Evaluation)

Mentors revisit teams to check their progress, evaluate early prototypes, and provide constructive feedback for improvements.

Snacks Break

Light refreshments to recharge participants while they continue working on their projects.

Entertainment Session

A short, fun activity or cultural program to relax minds and energize participants before diving back into coding.

A hearty dinner is served, giving participants time to socialize and refresh before the overnight coding marathon.
